Every pre-schooler parent feels that they are alone in the constant meltdowns, manipulations, and indescribable behaviors of their child. You are not alone!

This workshop is designed to explain the functions of these behaviors, and what we as parents can do to minimize and modify them. Our responses to these unwanted behaviors are the most significant determining factors in whether our kids will repeat, change, or stop them.  This workshop will provide you with the understanding of why these behaviors exist, and the tools to navigate various responses for the most positive outcomes in your children.

Shira Eisenberg is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst who has a master’s degree from Columbia Teacher’s College. She has more than 15 years of experience working with parents and their children, with a focus on infancy through age six.  After having her own children, and spending much of her time answering parents’ questions, she discovered her true passion: helping parents cope with the challenges that they face after having children.  Her goal is to educate parents and give them the necessary tools they need to have a more fluid, functional, and enjoyable family life.
