The man is wanted for stabbing a woman in the torso with a kitchen knife, police said.

PARK SLOPE, BROOKLYN -- Police have released a photo of the man who they say stabbed a woman in the 15th Street-Prospect Park subway station on Tuesday.
The man pulled out a kitchen knife and stabbed the 36-year-old woman after the two had gotten into a dispute inside of the subway station, police said. The woman was taken to New York-Presbyterian Brooklyn Methodist Hospital in stable condition.
The man fled the train station, police said, but was caught on camera in another location. He is described as approximately 30-years-old, about 5-foot-7 with black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing an orange coat, gray hooded sweatshirt, black jeans and black sneakers.
