Mary Poppins Can Be Your Nanny!

Our part time nanny of three years, Marilyn, is available full time beginning in September. We LOVE Marilyn, but are sending our daughter to pre-school full time in the fall. Marilyn is, above all, loving, smart, entertaining, and efficient. Our very own Mary Poppins! She has worked for us for two and a half years, beginning in the spring of 2011.

To our daughter’s delight, Marilyn begins to sing and play the moment she comes in the door, and keeps her energy all day! When our daughter was a baby, Marilyn implemented a feeding and nap schedule for her, and scrupulously logged all of her bodily functions for us. She immediately began teaching the alphabet, numbers, objects, and songs, and has moved on to more complex subjects with age. Marilyn is also very active with our daughter. Each day she takes her on outings to interesting places, and is always running, talking and playing with her outside. Marilyn is the most responsible person we know. She has stayed overnight at our home when we were away, and has taken care of our daughter when she was hurt and when she was sick. We trust her implicitly, and our daughter loves her like family. Hiring Marilyn was one of the best decisions we have ever made - don’t let her get away!

Marilyn is also CPR certified, which puts our minds at ease. We have not done a background check, but have spoken with Marilyn's references from her previous long term nanny positions and they were all glowing, to say the least. She has extensive experience with families with multiple children.
