Serial Brooklyn Flasher Arrested In South Slope, Cops Say

SOUTH SLOPE, BROOKLYN — Police arrested a South Slope man this week in their hunt for a serial flasher whohas been exposing himself to young girls and their families since September.

Lucio Pecher Guarcax, 28, was arrested Tuesday and faces 18 charges, including nine counts of acting in a manner injurious to a child, three counts of public lewdness and six counts of lewdness.

His arrest comes only a few days after cops first released photos of their suspected serial flasher, taken by the mother of an 11 and 13 year old who were flashed last Wednesday.

Police say Guarcax, who lives on Fourth Avenue, has shown his private parts to underage girls in Sunset Park's 72nd Precinct a total of six times since September.

In the latest incident, he is accused of exposing himself to the 11 and 13 year old as they were walking their dog near Seventh Avenue and 18th Street, police said. The girls walked away and told their mom, who was able to follow the flasher and snap a photo of him.

Guarcax was also spotted by another mom back in May, when he stood outside a window and "manipulated his exposed private parts" while the 40-year-old mom and her children were inside, police said.

The woman saw him leave their home, near 22nd Street and Sixth Avenue, in a white mid-size SUV as she called police, cops said.
