Public hearing prior to possible Board vote to pierce the tax cap for the next budget.

Second public hearing to consider a change to parking enforcement rules.
There will also be an approval sought to set the date for a future public hearing to review and approve the 2014-2015 village budget (date not specified in the agenda announcement).

There will also be a request to extend AA5 to 9:30 p.m.
There will be a presentation from James Skidmore who will be explaining changes to AA5 programming intended this year.
Lastly a rescission vote on a contract for “Wire for Water” for “failure to perform” (sewer related contract).
