Blood Drive in Memory of Patchogue's Bruce Quatrale to Be Held Saturday

On Saturday, the family of Bruce Quatrale will be hosting a blood drive in his memory. Bruce was an active member of the Patchogue community until his untimely death in 2009 after a valiant fight with cancer. His family has sought to preserve his memory with an annual blood drive as a means to help others.

Long Island Blood Services will be accepting donations on Saturday, Oct.18 at the home of Ellen Bilello, Bruce’s sister, which is located at 12 Brook Nursery Drive in Brookhaven from 10 a.m. until 4 p.m. Appointments can be made by contacting Ms. Bilello at 631-258-6355.
