The ChickenKidz Children's Consignment Event

To think I bought everything brand spankin’ new with my first child! But no more! With 3 of them now under my belt, I know how expensive those boogers can be. The ChickenKidz Children’s Consignment Event is the mother load of bargain shopping for Moms – this 3 day shopping event has EVERYTHING you need from tot to tween.

What the heck is it?
A consignment sale is not just a very large garage sale. Oh no! The venue is set up just like a store – merchandise is sorted and displayed by size and gender and checkout at the registers is quick because tags are bar-coded and scanned. Anyone can register to consign their children’s new or gently used items that are still in excellent condition (like that Easter outfit your child just wore that is more than likely never to be worn again). Consignors (i.e. sellers) set their own prices and tag their own items at their leisure and drop them off a few days before the sale.  The ChickenKidz Team handles the rest – which includes intense advertising to bring in hundreds of shoppers (come on, how many showed up at your last garage sale?).  All you need to do is sit back, enjoy the time with your family and wait for your check.

You mean, I’ll get paid?
You sure will! Consignors automatically earn 65% of their sales and up to 80% through various volunteer efforts (which are easy and fun). And there’s more – along with Expectant Moms and VIP Grandmas, Consignors and Volunteers get the chance to shop during a private PreSale party on Friday before the sale opens to the general public on Saturday. That’s called, FIRST DIBS, Baby!

But I just want to shop!
Ok.  You can do that. Let’s talk about the shopping – serious shopping. 50-90% off retail prices. Clothing up to size 14, shoes, toys, nursery items, strollers, little tikes, toddler beds, books, movies, even things for your older children like video games and sports equipment. ChickenKidz is all about quality. Thanks to our strict team of inspectors, anything that shows excessive wear, is stained, damaged or in less than excellent condition is returned to the Consignor and never placed on the sales floor.  Just come to the sale on April 20th and 21st and shop to your heart’s content.
