Regular gas is $2.719 at an unbranded station at 283 West Main Street in Patchogue, the cheapest in the Patchogue-Medford area according to Long Island Gas Prices.com and Motortrend.com.

The cheapest for Medford is $2.75 per gallon at U.S. Petroleum, 2664 Route 112.

The least expensive premium gas can also be found at U.S. Petroleum, at $3.09. The price is for cash, and may be slightly higher for credit.

The cheapest midgrade gas in the area is $2.879 at the Waverly Avenue Gas Station at 451 Waverly Avenue. 

The Coastal Service Station at 279 West Main Street in Patchogue has the best diesel deal listed - at $3.199 per gallon.
