US Petroleum on 2664 Route 112 in Medford is offering the cheapest gas price this week, charging $2.79 per gallon for regular gas. This is a five-cent increase from last week's cheapest price of $2.749 per gallon at an unbranded gas station at 283 West Main Street in Patchogue. The cheapest regular gas in Patchogue is $2.849 at Ok Petroleum, 255 E Main Street.
US Petroleum also has the cheapest premium and diesel fuel for the area at $3.03 and $3.09 per gallon respectively.
The cheapest midgrade is $2.85 per gallon at Waverly Avenue Gas Station at 455 Waverly Ave. in Patchogue.
