Developer Proposes New Senior Housing Project In East Patchogue
The potential 190-unit development was discussed during a recent town meeting. What do you think?

EAST PATCHOGUE, NY — A developer discussed a proposed senior housing community in East Patchogue during a Town of Brookhaven public hearing this week.
According to the meeting agenda, the Garden City-based company Engel Burman proposed the 190-unit development to be located on Sipp Avenue south of Woodside Avenue.
The property will include studio, one and two-bedroom units.

The plan was open for public discussion during the Town of Brookhaven Board of Zoning Appeals hearing that was held Wednesday afternoon.
