E. Patchogue Liquor Store Cited For Selling Alcohol To Minors: PD
A 77-year-old clerk at the liquor store was arrested and charged with selling alcohol to minors during an undercover operation on Sunday.

TOWN OF BROOKHAVEN, NY - An East Patchogue liquor store was cited and a clerk was arrested for selling alcohol to minors in the Town of Brookhaven on Sunday, according to New York State Police.
During the underage drinker enforcement operation, Country Liquors on Montauk Highway was cited for selling an alcoholic beverage to an undercover State Police operative under the age of 21.
According to police, 77-year-old Theodore Lamonica, of Brookhaven, a clerk at the business, was arrested and charged with first degree unlawful dealing with a child and prohibited sale of alcoholic beverage.
