Easter Brunch

Join our Family and Guest Chef Andy Mussacchio for a special Easter Brunch Menu.  All the menu items are offered as complete meals.  After placing your entree order, please enjoy the salad and bread station.  Also, please enjoy a complementary Mimosa or Bloody Mary to start your meal.

Entrees include:

Steak and Eggs: 2 eggs, any style w/ NY shell steak and home fries - $27

Eggs Benedict: 2 poached eggs served on top of Canadian bacon, in the Classical way on a toasted English Muffin, topped with Sauce Hollandaise, served w/ home fries and fruit garnish - $24

Seafood Crepes: 2 traditional crepes stuffed w/ shrimp, scallops, crab and lobster, on a bed of spinach, topped with a curry cream sauce and garnished w/ asparagus tips and julienne tomatoes - $28

Pancakes: 3 fluffy pancakes, your choice of plain or chocolate chip, served with your choice of bacon or sausage - $17

Make your own Omlet: 3 Egg Omlet with your choice of fillings.  Choose from: onions, peppers, tomatoes, asparagus, bacon, sausage or cheese - $17

Slow Poached Salmon: filet of salmon poached in a traditional French Court Bouillon, topped w/ grilled asparagus and Sauce Hollandaise, w/ home fries - $27

Gourmet Individual Pizza: a choice of BBQ chicken, caramelized onions, bacon and chedder or Fresh mozzarella, sliced tomato and prosciutto. served with a spring salad tossed with a white balsamic vinaigrette - $17

Lobster Ravioli: served in a pink basil-cream sauce - $25

Grilled California Chicken Club: grilled chicken cutlet, sliced avacado, and crisp bacon served in a tradtional club fashion, accompanied by home fries - $16
