The Plaza Cinema & Media Arts Center in Patchogue is continuing its support for local musicians with a presentation of ACOUSTIC DUETS, a new project initiated by John Cino. Each musician who plays will be invited back with another musician of their choice. From an initial state the program will grow organically with each new pairing.
May 9,7:00pm-9:00pm will showcase Jim Fleming and Charlie Mirro. Fleming is lead guitarist for The Electrix. His side projects include The Acoustix and The Growlers. Mirro is founder and lead guitarist of Reckoning, lead guitarist in Movement and has played with John Kadlecik of Furthur.
