ICYMI: 2 1/2 Years For LI Man In Birth Tourism Scheme: Feds

There were birth houses across Long Island, prosecutors say.

In a story from earlier in the week, a Long Island man was sentenced for his part in a birth tourism scheme in which pregant Turkish women were brought to the United States to help them obtain citizenship by birthright for their children, the U.S. Attorney's office said.
