Motorbike Rider Struck By Hit-And-Run Driver In Patchogue
It happened Thursday night, police say.
PATCHOGUE, NY - A man on a motorbike was struck by a hit-and-run driver in Patchogue Thursday night, Suffolk Police said.
A vehicle struck the motorbike on South Ocean Avenue at Smith Street in front of South Ocean Grill at about 7:15 p.m. The vehicle fled the scene.
The motorbike rider was transported to Brookhaven Memorial Hospital Medical Center in East Patchogue for treatment of non-life threatening injuries. Detectives are investigating the crash.

Police did not release a description of the vehicle or any other information.
