PATCHOGUE, NY — A new breakfast spot quietly opened for business in Patchogue this week. Rise & Grind Kitchen and Coffee Bar announced on its Instagram page that it started serving customers on Wednesday. The new eatery took over the former Country Kitchen on 240 E. Main Street.

The owner has been keeping most details of the new business quiet, wanting to surprise the community, according to GreaterPatchogue. Despite keeping silent, the business attracted over 100 customers on the first day.

"You are all awesome and we truly appreciate the support," a post on the eatery's Instagram page reads. "We will continue to give back by providing you with great food, service and coffee!"
