Document: Patchogue Village Offers Safe Homes Program

Patchogue Village residents that leave the area on vacation can now have public saftey officers check on their home while they are gone.

The recently launched Safe Homes Program allows for residents to mark down when they are absent from their home, which vehicles are supposed to be on the property, an emergency contact and other information to assist public saftey officers.

Residents who want to enroll should download, print and fill out the PDF document from either Patchogue Village's website or the PDF section of this post. Then either bring/mail it to , 14 Baker St., or fax it to 631-475-4314.
