Sammy the sea gull was sitting on a post at the "Sandspit" Marina in Patchogue, NY, just minding his own business, and watching the boats come in and out of Patchogue River. Suddenly "Leroy Brown," the Blackbird, decided that "Sammy" looked too comfortable and happy, so he decided to do something about it! As we all know "Leroy Brown" is the "baddest" Blackbird "in the whole damned town;" he just could not resist the opportunity to bully "Sammy the Sea Gull." It appears that Bullying is alive and well! LOL! In this particular case there is a very special problem, Sammy did indeed attempt to report Leroy to the Principal, and the Board of Education, but they could not understand what he was saying! Oh Well! LOL!
