WHAT: Hosted by the Pearl River Chamber of Commerce, the “Pearl River Day” Festival features food, music, entertainment, demonstrations, shopping specials, face painting, pumpkin painting, balloon twisting, bouncy attractions, and more.
WHEN: 11am to 6pm Oct. 11(Rain date is Oct. 12)
WHERE: Central Avenue will be closed from John Street to Main Street. William Street will be closed between Franklin Ave and East Washington Ave.

WHY: All proceeds from this event will benefit the Pearl River Chamber of Commerce and its beautification fund, which supports the improvement of the downtown district as well as provides funds for holiday lights and seasonal decorations.
