July 4th Weekend DWI Arrests in Pearl River
Two men and two women are facing charges after late-night stops by Orangetown police.

Police arrested three Pearl River residents and one Blauvelt man over the July 4th weekend.
- At 2:30 a.m. July 4, the Orangetown Police Department arrested John Ferguson, 34, of Pearl River after he was stopped for a traffic violation on Main Street in Pearl River. He failed numerous field sobriety tests and was placed under arrest and taken to police headquarters where he then failed a breathalyzer test. He was charged with misdemeanor DWI. He was released and is due in Orangetown Justice Court July 28 to answer the charge.
- At 2:50 a.m. July 5, the Orangetown Police Department arrested Chaloix Fasana 43, of Pearl River after she was stopped for a traffic violation on Main Street in Pearl River. She failed numerous field sobriety tests and was placed under arrest and taken to police headquarters where she then failed a breathalyzer test. She was charged with misdemeanor DWI. She was released and is due in Orangetown Justice Court July 22.
- At 3:13 a.m. July 5, the Orangetown Police Department arrested Kerri Horgan 35, of Pearl River, after they said she was involved in a traffic accident and left the scene. She was stopped by the Orangetown Police on N. Main Street. She failed field sobriety tests and was arrested for D.W.I. and transported to police headquarters where she refused a breathalyzer test. She was charged with D.W.I misdemeanor and Leaving the Scene of an Accident. She was released and is due in Orangetown Justice Court July 28.
- At 4:40 a.m. July 5, the Orangetown Police Department arrested Alec Tracey, 26, of Blauvelt for DWI after he was stopped for a traffic violation on Rt. 304 in Pearl River. He failed numerous field sobriety tests and was placed under arrest and taken to police headquarters where he then failed a breathalyzer test. He was charged with D.W.I. misdemeanor and released and is due in Orangetown Justice Court on July 28.
