UPDATE: Limited TZx Runs Restored after TZB Crane Collapse

UPDATE: TZx buses will resume service tonight at 8.11 PM Westbound from Spring Valley and at 8.19 PM Eastbound from White Plains. Expect delays.

Due to the Tuesday noon crane accident, the TAPPAN ZEExpress (TZx) bus service is currently unable to operate over the Tappan Zee Bridge.

Regular TZx service is suspended – use TOR #59 locally.

For this evening's commute, customers departing Grand Central Terminal (GCT) should consider staying on the Hudson Line train to Ossining, where they can connect to the Haverstraw-Ossining Ferry.

UniTickets will be cross-honored.

Free TZx shuttle buses will transport riders from the Haverstraw Ferry Landing to the Palisades Center Park & Ride (Lot J), and will provide service on an as-needed basis to points west, including the Palisades Center Stores, Nanuet, Spring, Valley, Airmont and Suffern. Customers to the Nyacks should transfer to TOR #59 at Palisades Center Stores.

White Plains customers should consider riding the BeeLine #13 bus from the TransCenter to Ossining to connect with the Ferry to Haverstraw, where they can access the free TZx shuttle buses. The final #13 departure from the White Plains TransCenter (Lane F) is at 6:19 pm.

TZx shuttle buses will meet ferries arriving at Haverstraw at 4:57 pm (train departs GCT at 3:43 pm), 5:49 pm (train departs GCT at 4:36 pm), 6:24 pm (train departs GCT at 5:16 pm), 7:04 pm (train departs GCT at 5:57 pm), 7:35 pm (train departs GCT at 6:22 pm), 8:05 pm (train departs GCT at 6:52 pm), 8:38 pm (train departs GCT at 7:25 pm), 9:10 (train departs GCT at 7:57 pm), and 9:47 pm (train departs GCT at 8:33 pm). The final ferry departs Ossining at 9:32 pm.

In addition, NJ Transit will accept Hudson Line/TZX UniTickets on the Pascack Valley Line trains to Spring Valley, where local connecting TOR service is available.
