He was with the person who has the order of protection against him and who is a student at the school, police said.

Jose A. Bonifaz, of Cortlandt Manor, faces misdemeanor charges of criminal contempt and criminal trespass.
He was arrested Nov. 1, the day after state police received a trespass complaint from Hendrick Hudson High School administrators.
They told police that Bonifaz is not permitted to be on school grounds due to a valid order of protection, as the protected party is a student at that location.
