2nd Arrest in September Robbery of Domino's Manager

Thomas Jenkins, 19, was found in North Carolina.

The New York State Police announce the arrest of Thomas Jenkins, 19, of Peekskill, for Robbery 1st Degree, a Class “B” Felony, Robbery 2nd Degree, a Class “C” Felony, and Grand Larceny 4th Degree, a Class “E” Felony, following a lengthy multi-state investigation.

Police allege that Jenkins, and co-defendant Kyle Clark, robbed the night manager at the Domino’s on Route 6 in Cortlandt at knifepoint, as he was leaving to make the nightly bank deposit in the early morning hours on Sept. 5, 2014.

Clark fled into Peekskill and was arrested soon after the incident near the Beach Shopping Center.


After a thorough investigation involving the New York State Police, the City of Peekskill Police, the United States Marshals Service and law enforcement authorities in the State of North Carolina, Jenkins was arrested in Elizabeth City, NC, and has been extradited back to New York to face charges.

Clark has already pled guilty and is awaiting sentencing at the Westchester County Jail.
