Police made the arrests after being called about loud music coming from a car in the early morning hours.

PEEKSKILL, NY — Three men were arrested in Peekskill after being accused of having an illegal loaded gun and being in possession of a stolen car.
The City of Peekskill Police Department said officers were sent to the 600 block of Highland Avenue around 5 a.m. Wednesday for a complaint about loud music coming from a car.
The officers said they found four people in a white Volkswagen Jetta with loud music playing through the stereo.

Three of the car's occupants — Ethan Arroyo, 21, Sandro Soto, 19, and a 17-year-old man — were arrested and charged with criminal possession of stolen property and second-degree criminal possession of a weapon, loaded firearm, both felonies.
Arroyo and Soto were arraigned in Peekskill City Court Thursday and sent to the Westchester County Jail in lieu of $10,000 bail.
The 17-year-old, whose name was withheld due to juvenile status, was arraigned in Westchester County Court and sent to a juvenile detention facility.
Police said the fourth person in the car was a 14-year-old girl who had run away from a group home. She had felony warrants outside of Peekskill's jurisdiction and was sent to the custody of a juvenile detention facility.
Peekskill Police Detective Lt. Jack Galusha said his department was proud and grateful for the officers' actions in getting an illegal loaded firearm off the city's streets.
"This incident is a crystal clear example of how a so-called routine call of a noise complaint can rapidly escalate to a potentially deadly encounter with dangerous criminals," he said.
