CORTLANDT, NY — New York State Police conducted a safety road check on State Route 9 in Cortlandt on Saturday in furtherance of their mission to ensure safety for all users of the roadway.
Five people, all locals, were arrested:
- EDUARDO GARCIA, 35, of Croton, charged with felony DWI and felony Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a motor vehicle
- SEGUNDO URGILES, 35, of Peekskill, charged with misdemeanor DWI
- MARK WALTERS, 35, of Croton-on-Hudson, charged with misdemeanor DWI
- DAVID LEPORE, 50, of Croton, charged with misdemeanor DWI
- SAVANNA CASTELLANO, 19, of Peekskill, charged with misdemeanor DWI
