'Ask Astorino' Town Hall Meeting Comes to Cortlandt Wednesday

First forum since announcement of Indian Point closing will feature questions from residents

CORTLANDT, NY — Westchester County Executive Robert P. Astorino brings his “Ask Astorino” series of town halls to Cortlandt Town Hall at 7 p.m. Wednesday.

The forum is the first since the announced closing of Indian Point, and is taking place in the community that will be most directly affected by the closure. Cortlandt Town Supervisor Linda Puglisi will participate and introduce Astorino.

The County Executive will provide an update on his work to provide tax relief, preserve essential services and promote economic development, including talking about the seventh straight year of no tax increases for county taxpayers and some significant capital improvements and economic development happening throughout Westchester.
