Baseball Bat Brought To Domestic Dispute: Police
The man traveled to Cortlandt from Yonkers, police said.

CORTLANDT, NY — Police were called to a violent domestic dispute Sunday on Dogwood Road in Cortlandt. They said a man traveled from Yonkers to fight with a person living there, and also threatened a man outside with a baseball bat. He also broke the man's car windows.
New York State Police from the Cortlandt barracks charged Anthony W. Perez, 31, of Yonkers, for Criminal Mischief in the 3rd degree, a class E felony, Menacing in the 2nd degree, and Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the 4th degree, both class A misdemeanors.
Perez was arraigned before the town of Cortlandt Court, and sent to the Westchester County Jail in lieu of $1,500 cash bail or $5,000 bond. Perez is next to appear before the Court on Jan. 24.
