BUCHANAN, NY — A Buchanan police officer is being hailed as a hero by village officials. Officer Robert Budde began doing CPR on an 11-month-old baby who had stopped breathing.
"The paramedics said that because of his quick response and care, Officer Budde saved the baby's life," village officials said on Facebook.
