Business Council Chooses Cortlandt Woman as Chair for Governmental Action

This Business Council of Westchester welcomes Cortlandt's Cynthia Rubino as its new chair of the Governmental Action Council.

Executive Committee member Cynthia Rubino is now chairing the Governmental Action Council for the Business Council of Westchester, according to a press release on the Council’s website.

Rubino, a Cortlandt resident, is Chief Operating Officer of Berkeley College’s Westchester Campus.

The Governmental Action Council develops the Business Council of Westchesters’s annual Legislative Agenda and spearheads the organizations advocacy efforts at the county, state and federal levels.

Board members Elizabeth Bracken-Thompson, a partner at Thompson and Bender, and Jean Marie Connolly, vice president and senior sales director at BNY Mellon Wealth Management, join Rubino as Executive Committee Members.
