As was the case during the state of emergency, such public bodies must afford the public the ability to view or listen to the meeting, and such meetings must be recorded and later transcribed. The law became effective this morning (Chapter 417 of the Laws of 2021) and will expire on January 15, 2022.
The next Committee of the Whole Meeting will be on Wednesday, September 8, 2021 at 7:30pm. The meeting shall be held remotely, via Zoom.
