Cops Seek Help ID'ing Suspect in Kohl's Charge-Card Case

CORTLANDT, NY – New York State Police from the Cortlandt Bureau of Criminal Investigation are seeking the public’s assistance to help identify a woman wanted for questioning.

In July of 2016, police were advised of fraudulent Kohl’s credit card purchases made in the Cortlandt Kohl’s Department Store.

The victim, who is from Illinois, reported that someone charged over $900 on their Kohl’s card in June.

After investigating, State Police say the suspect is a 5’6” tall black female, weighing about 130 pounds, and possibly 20 to 30 years of age. She has a tattoo on her chest.
