Cortlandt Man Faces Marijuana Charge
State police stopped him on Route 202 for a license-plate violation.
New York State Police arrested Nicholas S. Milton of Cortlandt April 11 for Criminal Possession of Marijuana 4th Degree, a Class A Misdemeanor.
Troopers said they stopped the vehicle the 25-year-old was operating on State Route 202 for a license plate violation. An investigation revealed that Milton was in possession of more than 7 ounces of marijuana.
Milton is scheduled to appear in Peekskill city court on April 23.
