Cortlandt Part Of Weekend DWI Crackdown
State police from Troop K said they removed 24 impaired drivers from the roads.

CORTLANDT, NY — New York state police in Troop K said they removed 24 allegedly impaired drivers from the roads over the weekend. Two of the arrests happened in Cortlandt.
On Sept. 8, State Police from SP Cortlandt arrested Robin Garcia, 32, of Croton-On-Hudson, NY, for DWI. He was traveling on Oregon Road in the town of Cortlandt, when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. Investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol, police allege.
On Sept. 9, State Police from SP Cortlandt arrested Denzel Marchese, 27, of Cortlandt, NY, for DWI. He was traveling on State Route 9N in the town of Cortlandt, when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. Investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol, police said.
