The high temperature on Friday will barely make it into the low teens. Throw in wind gusts up to 45 mph and it's a serious situation. Wind chill temperatures will be below zero all day Friday and could drop all the way to 16 below Friday night into early Saturday. Saturday will be colder, Sunday will be a little warmer but still in the teens.
And then it'll feel like sweater weather on Monday when temps jump to the mid-30s. But there's a chance of sleet and snow, so no.
