Driving in Peekskill While Intoxicated and Unlicensed
State police arrested a Bronx woman in Peekskill Sept. 20.
The New York State Police arrested Suleyma M. Grant, 23, of the Bronx, for Driving While Intoxicated and Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 3rd Degree.
She was charged at 2:12 a.m. Sept. 20, 2014, after a lawful vehicle and traffic stop conducted in the City of Peekskill for speeding, when police said they found her to be intoxicated.
Grant provided a breath sample of .16% Blood Alcohol Content and was issued traffic tickets returnable to the City of Peekskill Court on Oct. 6.
