On February 7, 2016, New York State Police from the Cortlandt barracks arrested Derick P. Duffy, age 34, of Lake Peekskill, New York, for Driving While Intoxicated, a Misdemeanor.
Troopers investigated a one-car collision that occurred at the intersection of Pecan Place and Sunnyside Place. Duffy, the driver of the vehicle, was found to be intoxicated at the time of the crash.
The defendant supplied police with a breath sample revealing a Blood Alcohol Content of .14 percent. He is scheduled to appear before the Town of Putnam Valley Court on February 25, 2016 at 9:00 a.m.
