DWI Arrest In Cortlandt: Police
New York state police are cracking down on impaired driving.
CORTLANDT, NY — State Police in Troop K removed 16 impaired drivers from the roads over the weekend of July 27-29, including one arrest in Cortlandt.
On July 28, State Police arrested Segundo Otavalo Figueroa, 24, of Ossining, NY, for DWI. He was traveling on State Route 9 in the town of Cortlandt, when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. Investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol, police said.
