DWI for Cortlandt Man
He was stopped on Main Street; police allege he was driving erratically.
New York State Police from Cortlandt arrested 25-year-old Gary M. Carbone Jr., of Cortlandt on Dec. 27 for Driving While Intoxicated, Misdemeanor.
Troopers stopped Carbone on Main Street for failing to maintain his designated lane of travel. The arresting trooper concluded Carbone was intoxicated at the time of the stop.
Carbone supplied a positive breath sample that yielded a Blood Alcohol Content of .13 percent and was issued traffic tickets directing him to appear before the Town of Cortlandt Court on Jan. 8.
