Cross-Cultural Connection Fundraiser

Jazz is the only genre of music that is considered America’s classical music. Although its commercial popularity is in decline, the art form is worth saving. It is important to preserve the culture by nurturing a new generation of jazz enthusiasts.

Cross-Cultural Connection is dedicated to promoting jazz culture, education and live performance in schools, colleges and communities. For 8 years, Cross-Cultural Connection has been providing concerts, workshops, jazz history presentations, musical story-telling and mentoring in the United States, Europe, Africa and China.

On Saturday, March 3, 2012, at 7:00 pm, Cross-Cultural Connection will host its Inaugural Fundraiser, Celebrating Mardi Gras at the ELK’S Lodge, 1038 Brown Street Peekskill, New York.
