Gentle Flow Yoga with Beth

A thoughtful, gentle flow enabling you to work at a slower pace yet build strength, endurance and flexibility. Beginners can develop body awareness and a new, safe practice and experienced yogis a stronger, deeper one with an emphasis on understanding alignment and the importance of the breath.

This is a class where you will be free to ask questions.

We'll also explore the enormous toolbox of Yogic philosophy to help develop new perspectives and conscious ways of living.
