The James House Craft Fair features 30-plus vendors selling handcrafted jewelry, clothing, pottery, handbags, photography, decoupage, embroidered towels, candles and more. All sales benefit the Auxiliary at Phelps, a network of almost 350 men and women who volunteer and raise funds for the hospital. Tours will be available of the James House, an 1851 stone mansion with river views, which can be rented for special occasions.
