The Van Cortlandtville Historical Society will host a talk on the history and fame of the Peekskill Military Academy (PMA). The talk will be given by Augie Augustowski, president of the former prep school's Alumni Association. Mr. Augustowski will present photos, memorabilia and more.
PMA was founded in 1833 and was the oldest military prep school in the country until 1968, when it closed its doors.
