Former Peekskill Resident Extradited In Fulgum's Bar Stabbing

He was recently located by the Shelby County Sheriff's Office and U.S. Marshals near Memphis, Tennessee, New York state police said.

CORTLANDT, NY — The suspect in the 2017 stabbing at Fulgum's Bar on the Albany Post Road has been located and extradited, state police announced.

Erick Grigoroff, 28, formerly of Peekskill, faces charges of Assault in the 1st degree, a class B felony, and Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the 3rd degree, a class D felony.

Grigoroff’s arrest stems from the 2017 stabbing at Fulgum’s Bar in Cortlandt that left multiple victims seriously injured.

Alleging that Grigoroff fled New York soon afterward, state police put out an alert for him in the fall calling him armed and dangerous.

He was recently located by the Shelby County Sheriff’s Office and U.S. Marshals near Memphis, Tennessee, state police said.

The New York State Department of Corrections and Community Supervision’s Office of Special Investigations extradited Grigoroff to New York, where he is now being held in the Westchester County Jail.
