There's a lot going on for the holidays! Plan a dazzling evening of skating and gazing at the Winter Wonderland. Enjoy the holiday train show at Lasdon. Lend a helping hand at the nature conservatories. Here are some of the events going on in Westchester Parks this weekend.

Westchester’s Winter Wonderland – Fri. - Sat. 5 p.m. – 10 p.m.; Sun. 5 p.m. – 9 p.m.
Entertainment, the "Santa Experience," unlimited skating, rides, dazzling light show, vendors, food and more on select dates through Dec. 31. Admission $15 per person ages 4 and older. Go to WWinterWonderland.com for a full schedule.

Hike Muscoot’s Outback – 7 a.m. – 9 a.m.
Meet at the reception center for an intermediate hike around the farm. For ages 8 and older.

Victorian Decorations – 1 p.m. – 3 p.m.
Join the fun and help make decorations for the holiday program at the farm.

Volunteer Work Corps Day – 10 a.m. - 2 p.m.
Bring work gloves and help out with invasive vine removal, trial maintenance, beach clean-up and more.

Nature Dream Catchers – 1 p.m. – 2 p.m.
Come in from the cold and make your own dream catcher from natural materials. Registration required by 11/29.

Volunteer Work Project – 1 p.m. – 3 p.m.
Bring work gloves and help with a maintenance project. Great for any type of service hours. Hand tools provided.
Trailside Nature Museum at Ward Pound Ridge Reservation, Route 35 and 121 South, Cross River – (914) 864-7322
Holiday Decorations from Nature – 1 p.m. – 3 p.m.
A program designed for kids to gather and use materials from the natural world to create beautiful decorations. Hot chocolate and craft materials will be provided.

Closing Reception for Photography Exhibit – 2 p.m. – 4 p.m.
