More than 300 attend event at Monteverde at Oldstone

Hudson Valley Hospital Center celebrated its 125th Anniversary on Friday, October 17 by honoring some key supporters who have contributed significantly to the Hospital’s growth and development.

Mr. and Mrs. Bernard and Cynthia Curry; Maurice R. Poplausky, MD and Mr. and Mrs. Michael and Ginger Delfino were recognized for their contributions to Hudson Valley Hospital Center at the 125th Anniversary Celebration at Monteverde at Oldstone in Cortlandt Manor.
The evening featured cocktails, dinner, dancing and a silent auction. The event raised an estimated $225,000, which will go to provide for the Hospital’s continued growth and medical excellence.

The silent auction included this year, for the first time, private dinner parties prepared in the Hospital’s new Chef Peter X. Kelly Teaching Kitchen by noted Hudson Valley Chefs. These included Anthony Goncalves of 42, The Restaurant at the Ritz Carlton in White Plains; Ethan Kostbar of Moderne Barn in Armonk; David DiBari of the Cookery in Dobbs Ferry and Eric Gabrynowicz of Restaurant North in Armonk. The Signature Chef Series was coordinated by Chef Peter Kelly.
