Kansans In Cortlandt Were In Stolen Car, Police Said
The Westchester County Real Time Crime Center was involved.

CORTLANDT, NY — Two Kansans were arrested in Cortlandt May 21 after New York State Police conducted a vehicle and traffic stop on a 2007 Volkswagen on Main Street. They had received a notification from the Westchester County Real Time Crime Center that the vehicle was stolen.
Troopers interviewed Patrick S. McCullough, 25, of Winfield, Kansas, and Diana R. Lake, 21, also of Winfield.
Lake was found to be in possession of a gravity knife.

She was charged with Criminal Possession of Stolen Property in the 3rd degree, a class D felony, and Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the 4th degree, a class A misdemeanor.
McCullough was charged with Criminal Possession of Stolen Property in the 3rd degree, a class D felony.

He and Lake were both arraigned before the Cortlandt town Court. Lake was sent to the Westchester County Jail for $1,000 cash bail or $2,000 bond, and McCullough was sent to the Westchester County Jail in lieu of $2,000 cash bail or $5,000 bond.
