CANCELLED: Missing Vulnerable Adult Alert: 77-year-old in White Prius
The Wallkill police ask for people in Putnam, Rockland and Westchester counties to watch for this man last seen in Middletown.
Thomas is a 77-year-old vulnerable adult with Alzheimer’s and Lyme disease and may be in need of medical attention.
He was last seen at East Main Street, in Middletown, at approximately 9:30 a.m. on Thursday October 15.
Thomas was driving a white 2013 Toyota Prius with New York registration ECG-9492. He was last seen wearing a tan jacket, brown/blue plaid shirt, blue jeans and white leather shoes.
