Peekskill Man, 39, Arrested on DWI Charge: State Police

The incident occurred Aug. 15.

Peekskill resident Milton A. Patino, 39, was arrested Aug. 15 on a misdemeanor charge of Driving While Intoxicated, according to state police.

Troopers stopped Patino, who was driving in Peekskill, “for failing to use a turn signal and for failing to maintain his designated lane of travel.” He was found to be intoxicated at the time of the stop and placed under arrest.

Patino’s Blood Alcohol Content was .16 percent, two time the legal limit of intoxication, according to state police.

He was released after being issued traffic tickets returnable to the City of Peekskill Court on Sept. 3.
