Peekskill Man Accused Of Sexually Abusing An 11-Year-Old
He was arrested in Wappinger Monday.

WAPPINGER, NY — A Peekskill man faces a sex abuse charge in Dutchess County. New York State Police received a complaint Monday about a man having sexual contact with a victim under 11 years old.
The same day, the New York State Police from the Wappinger barracks arrested Elisha D. Henry, 23, and charged him with Sexual Abuse in the First Degree, a class D felony.
Police allege Henry had engaged in sexual contact with the victim in the town of Wappinger. Henry was arraigned before the Town of Pleasant Valley Court, and sent to the Dutchess County Jail in lieu of $10,000 cash bail or $20,000 bond.

Henry is next scheduled to appear before the town of Wappinger Court on Feb. 22.
