Peekskill Man Charged at DWI Checkpoint

On Saturday, the New York State Police conducted a DWI sobriety checkpoint on State Route 9 in Cortlandt, which yielded the following arrests:

• Spencer J. Guerrer, 36, resident of Yonkers, NY ----Aggravated Felony DWI Arrest –Leandras Law - had BAC of .16% - to appear in the Town of Cortlandt Court on Dec. 20.
• Brian M. Desilva, 25, resident of Tafteville, CT-----Misdemeanor DWI Arrest-had a BAC of .15%-to appear in the Town of Cortlandt Court on Jan. 4.
• Manuel J. Chacha, 48, resident of Sleepy Hollow, NY----- Aggravated DWI Arrest - had a BAC of .18% - to appear in the Town of Cortlandt Court on Jan. 4.
• Jessica Terranova, 30, resident of White Plains, NY ----- Misdemeanor DWI Arrest - had a BAC of .12% - to appear in the Town of Cortlandt Court on Jan. 4.
• Claudio P. Pauta, 30, resident of Peekskill, NY------ Misdemeanor DWI Arrest-Refusal- to appear in the Town of Cortlandt Court on Jan. 4.
